Terms and Conditions

• A booking is secured on receipt of deposit, 30% of the total cost, (cheques by post within 3 working days or by debit/credit card on the phone
• We regret that deposits are not refundable if bookings are cancelled.
• Breakfast is served between 7:15am – 9:15. Dinner is served at 7pm.
• The management reserve the right to amend prices from time to time.
• We are sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
• Except by prior arrangement, visitors are requested to arrive after 4pm and to leave by 10:30 on day of departure.
• Seasons Country House is a non-smoking establishment.
• Due to rising bank charges, we unfortunately have to levy a 2% surcharge on all credit card payments.
• If due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot honour your booking, we will refund your deposit in full with our sincere apologies!
